Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, with a strong focus on recruitment, payroll, employee engagement and compensation & benefits administration.
Responsibilities include:
- Being the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer management and onboarding
- Payroll processing, which includes new hires, terminations, OT computations, commissions and employee claims
- Preparation and submission of income tax clearance (IR21) for work pass holders
- Supporting the performance management processes and providing input on disciplinary issues
- Preparation of salary proposals for newly hired employees

skills and experience required
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in consumer/retail industries
- Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and tax laws
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
