Reporting to the Assistant HR Lead, you will play a key role in driving early talent initiatives, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring the smooth running of daily HR operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting internship and graduate hiring programmes, including coordination with educational institutions, onboarding, orientation, and engagement of early-career hires.
- Organising and participating in employer branding initiatives such as campus career fairs, talks, and social media outreach.
- Maintaining databases to track early talent development, programme effectiveness, and retention.
- Assisting in the administration of HR policies, benefits, and procedures in line with local legislation and corporate guidelines.
- Generating regular HR reports, including dashboards and analytics, to support business decisions.
- Leading HR process improvements and conducting exit interviews to gather insights for continuous enhancement of HR practices.
- Planning and executing employee engagement programmes such as wellness initiatives, CSR events, team-building activities, and festive celebrations.
- Coordinating employee surveys and assisting in action planning to address feedback.
- Supporting a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values and employee voice initiatives.
skills and experienced required:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of HR experience focused in the areas of early talent development, engagement, or HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across different levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, able to keep confidentiality and passionate about fostering a strong and positive workplace culture.
