Our client is a Manufacturing company, currently recruiting for a HR Executive to join their HR team.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will manage the full cycle of HR activities for the Singapore business. The job scope includes but not limited to:
Handle the end-to-end onboarding process, including preparation of employment documents, conducting onboarding sessions, and setting up employee profiles. Prepare employment letters and ensure timely submission of all required documentation.
Conduct exit interviews, manage clearance procedures, and perform final payroll calculations, including deductions and additions related to employment cessation.
Assist in the recruitment process, including shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating follow-ups with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage work injury compensation claims and liaise with insurers to ensure timely processing. Oversee employee health insurance enrollment and updates.
Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, attendance tracking, evaluation, and feedback collection. Support training needs analysis and maintain accurate training records.
Calculate overtime and work allowances for employees across departments and ensure accurate data submission for monthly payroll processing.
Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to support operational consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned by the Head of Department to support the team’s operational and strategic objectives.

- 5 days work week, 8:30AM - 6PM, Monday - Friday

- Office location: Tuas, Singapore (walkable from MRT)
- Budget: $3,600/month + vb
- 1 round of interview in office

- Education in human resources, business, or related fields
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Proactive, detail-oriented and independent
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skill
