Manage the performance review, goal setting, and succession planning frameworks, providing coaching to managers.

skills and experience required
The ideal candidate is a highly professional and strategic HR leader with a focus on comprehensive HR management and digital adoption.
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 5-8 years of total HR experience, with at least 3-5 years operating in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Proven expertise in local employment legislation and HR best practices, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Demonstrated adaptability and a strong digital mindset, with awareness of AI and automation for HR functions.
Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
