Our client is a Singapore headquartered company in the semiconductor sector. To support their continued growth, they are seeking a capable and hands-on HR Manager to lead their human resource function.

about the job
Reporting directly to the VPHR you will lead a lean HR team to oversee the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, ensuring alignment with business goals while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to drive HR initiatives such as workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
• Ensuring compliance with Singapore’s employment regulations and internal policies.
• Leading employee engagement and well-being programs.
• Resolving any employee grievances and disciplinary issues
• Providing HR data, analytics, and reports to support management decision-making.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws and local HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, hands-on and able to drive teamwork
• Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Timesoft
