Reporting directly to the VPHR you will lead a lean HR team to oversee the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, ensuring alignment with business goals while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to drive HR initiatives such as workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
- Ensuring compliance with Singapore’s employment regulations and internal policies.
- Leading employee engagement and well-being programs.
- Resolving any employee grievances and disciplinary issues
- Providing HR data, analytics, and reports to support management decision-making.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws and local HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, hands-on and able to drive teamwork
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Timesoft
