Reporting into the Group Corporate HR based in Singapore, you will manage a team of 3 (talent specialist / recruiter) and support an employee size count of 200+ HC. This role will have an opportunity to cover talent management and learning & development. In addition, you will:
- Develop and implement effective in-house talent acquisition strategies in line with company's goals and objectives
- Be the Brand Ambassador for the company; establish a strong employer branding for the organisation via communication to potential future employees during the recruitment process
- Work closely with business stakeholders on talent management, career planning, organisation / workforce planning and employee engagement
- Manage all end-to-end recruitment processes together with your team, drive behavioural based interview techniques across the leadership team; coaching relevant stakeholders on effective interviewing and communication skills, sharing talent insights and industry trends
- Work closely with the Group Corporate HR to identify and develop appropriate matrices and measurement tools to support the recruitment analytics and calculation of ROIs
skills and experience required
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
- Min. 8 years' experience in talent acquisition, ideally within both an in-house and agency environment
- Experience within hospitality, retail or F&B is preferred
- Strong communication and influencing skills, track record in supporting senior stakeholders on their business needs
- Able to work well with minimum supervision, results-driven and takes ownership and accountability
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to work and communicate comfortable with employees of all levels
- Experience across other areas of HR including employee engagement, workforce planning and talent management will be an added advantage
