about the job
As a key lead within the Human Resources team, you will act as a hands-on business partner to management and outlet teams while managing end-to-end HR operations across the organization. In addition, you will:
- Provide practical HR advice on employee matters, performance, discipline, and regulatory compliance to balance business needs with fair practices
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and probation management for operational and support roles
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (Info-Tech) and manage all HR documentation, leave, attendance, and timekeeping processes
- Oversee work pass applications, renewals, appeals, and statutory compliance with MOM regulations and the Employment Act
- Validate attendance, overtime, and allowances for payroll processing while managing staff benefits, medical claims, insurance, and WICA matters
- Handle employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts pragmatically, and oversee performance appraisals and improvement plans
- Review and optimize HR policies, SOPs, workflows, and engagement initiatives to suit a fast-paced operational environment

skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally within F&B, hospitality, retail, or other operational industries
- Strong working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass frameworks
- Proven experience in independently managing end-to-end HR operations in a lean environment
- Proficiency with HRMS tools, with hands-on experience using Info-Tech being a distinct advantage
- A practical, grounded, and accountable mindset with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
