about the job
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle in Singapore.
Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end payroll management, including the processing of payroll and ensuring the accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses and deductions.
- Proactively address and rectify payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
- Streamlining payroll reconciliation and reporting through effective collaboration with the finance team.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of employment contracts, pre-onboarding screening, and documentation requests
- Manage employee records, guaranteeing all documentation remains current and adheres to company policies and statutory requirements.
- Compile and maintain HR reports and performance dashboards for management review.
- Provide assistance with employee relations matters and be key point of contact for HR issues

skills and experience required
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR operations and payroll management
- Strong acumen of payroll systems (exposure to Infotech HRIS system will be an advantage) and Singapore employment legislations
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be a team player and proactive in addressing HR-related matters
