In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the day-to-day HR functions run smoothly. This position is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to grow their career in human resources.
Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management: Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding new hires, managing employee data in our HR Information System (HRIS), and handling offboarding procedures.
Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support for the HR team and employees, including managing personnel files, preparing HR-related documents, work pass applications and responding to employee queries.
HRIS & Data Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Compliance & Reporting: Support compliance with local labor laws and regulations by assisting with reporting and documentation.
Recruitment: Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, and coordinating
interviews.
Project Support: Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed, such as employee engagement programs or process improvements.
skills and experience required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a HR role.
Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and writing skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
