Reporting to the Global Head of Employment, this high-visibility role will be the specialist responsible for the strategic management of complex workplace investigations and employment disputes. You will drive the global implementation of grievances and investigation protocols and manage pre-litigation disputes to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with internal policies and relevant laws in each jurisdiction. You will also partner with cross-functional stakeholders and the leadership to embed ethical governance practices and training across the organization
skills and experience required.
You are a qualified legal professional with at least 7 to 8 years of experience in employment-related investigations with experience in both private practice and in-house. Experience in the EMEA region will be advantageous. You possess a proven track record of leading complex, cross-border investigations and demonstrate deep technical expertise in managing whistleblowing frameworks and contentious employment matters. Your background includes a strong ability to partner with executive stakeholders and provide risk-based, solutions-driven advisory in complex regulatory landscapes. You possess excellent communication skills with the analytical precision required to navigate sensitive, multi-jurisdictional legal challenges effectively.
