Reporting to the Head of Investments who was previously from an Institutional Asset Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Investment Research and Analysis

Conduct fundamental equity analysis, financial modeling, and rigorous due diligence.
Monitor global macroeconomic issues and communicate their specific implications for the portfolio.
Prepare investment reports, internal approval memos, and presentation materials.
Maintain and update proprietary in-house financial databases and model portfolios.
Review portfolio performance and perform regular risk assessments.
Portfolio Operations and Trade Management
Manage trade order workflows and coordinate directly with custodian banks.
Execute daily end-to-end cash and asset reconciliations, investigating and resolving all variances.
Liaise with external advisors, banks, and custodians regarding corporate actions and transaction discrepancies.
Follow up on pending transactions and ensure accuracy in trade bookings.
Facilitate monthly closing procedures and portfolio valuations.
Firm Support
Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives and firm-wide projects as the organization scales.
Provide essential office administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
skills and experience required
3-7 years of experience as an Equity Research Analyst or Equity Portfolio Manager.
Proven experience in trade settlement and reconciliation for equities across various global markets.
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
CFA or CAIA designation is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Bloomberg and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (advanced formulas and pivots required; VBA/Macro knowledge is a plus).
