Our client is an established MNC with over 30 years of experience who is a market leader within their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring an experienced IT Manager to join their team.

About the job

• Overseeing our organization's technology Infrastructure, SAP and application, managing our IT department, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT operations.
• Supporting and maintaining the Windows Servers and network devices
• Providing POS application support with the support of external vendors
• Implement and monitor global cybersecurity protocols to mitigate local risks and ensure total adherence to corporate standards.
• Leading the execution of innovative IT initiatives and upgrades to enhance business applications like ERP and CRM systems.
• Manage IT projects, including planning, resource allocation, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least east 5 years of experience managing a team. Proven track record in Infra ( System / Server or network), SAP and security is required for this role.

Proven track record in retail application will be of added advantage.

Candidates with exposure to being the overall Head of IT will be of added advantage and not a key requirement.
