As a core member of the APAC Development team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys a mix of hands-on coding and stakeholder engagement.
- Translate functional business requirements into high-quality, stable technical architectures.
- Drive the development lifecycle of wealth management applications, ensuring performance and security standards are met.
- Partner with Business Change Engineers, Tech Leads, and Project Managers within an Agile (Scrum/XP) framework.
- Communicate technical complexities to non-technical stakeholders and provide effort estimations for upcoming project milestones.
- Uphold rigorous standards through Test Driven Development (TDD) and architectural governance.

- Significant experience (approx. 7+ years) in full-stack development. Previous exposure to the Banking or Finance domain is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (RESTful services) is essential.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React JS or Angular.
- Experience with Kafka or Avro for data streaming, and proficiency in SQL (MSSQL, Oracle, or Postgres).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (PKS), Virtual Machines, Maven, and Git. Comfort working within a Linux environment (Shell scripting) is required.
- A solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and Object-Oriented Design.
- A systematic problem-solver with excellent communication skills who can work independently while being a proactive team contributor.
