about the job and the manager
We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager (On-Trade) to drive our growth and deepen consumer engagement across Singapore's most prestigious restaurants, cocktail bars, cafes, and hotels. The successful candidate will be reporting into the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting sales calls, securing new accounts, and driving distribution, visibility, and rotation of our portfolio.
- Developing and executing sales and marketing activities to boost sell-through and profitability. This includes managing contracts, investment frameworks.
- Leading quarterly business reviews, developing tailored action plans for top accounts.
- Drive profitable outcomes through effective contract negotiation.
- Drive sales volume, net sales, and contribution margins by planning and executing effective sales and trade marketing initiatives.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
skills and experience required
- You should minimally have 4 years of On-Trade experience.
- You should have experience managing wholesalers or distributors and managing off-trade sales.
- You should have a strong financial acumen in analyzing P&L.
