about the job In this role, you will report to the Head of Recruitment and drive the strategic growth of the organization’s distribution team. Your primary focus is to develop and run innovative schemes that assist business partners in attracting and retaining talented financial professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
Creating strategic plans to grow manpower through new initiatives, incentive schemes, and engagement events.
Building platforms and marketing communications that enable partners to connect with potential talent effectively.
Monitoring industry trends and performing data research to improve recruitment and performance workflows.
Ensuring all recruitment policies and processes remain in line with the latest industry regulations and internal standards.
Guiding a team of managers to oversee various manpower projects and strengthening the overall recruitment value proposition.
Managing partnerships with external vendors and ensuring governance standards are met.
about the manager/team You will be guiding a dedicated team of Manpower Development Managers. You will work in a collaborative environment, partnering closely with Cluster Heads and Business Management teams to align recruitment efforts with overall business growth targets. The team is active, supportive, and follows through on creative problem-solving.
skills and experience required
A Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study.
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or business development, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
Strong management capabilities with experience in supporting a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills to work with business partners.
A mind for research with proficiency in data tools like MS Excel to develop reporting dashboards.
A proactive and adaptable person who thrives in an active environment.
Prior knowledge of industry-standard financial advisory certifications and regulatory requirements would be an advantage.
