about the job
This role is responsible for curating and implementing comprehensive learning and development, talent development, leadership development, and employee engagement programs for all levels of employees across various global locations. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
Designing and executing innovative learning experiences through diverse methods (in-person, virtual, blended, and "out-of-classroom" initiatives).
Curating learning content and facilitating engaging programs, while evaluating their effectiveness via feedback and performance metrics.
Building proactive relationships with stakeholders, providing consultation to maximize the impact of learning solutions.
Collaborating with HR partners to ensure consistency in learning implementation, processes, and communications.
Partnering with subject matter experts to ensure learning content and resources are accurate and current.
Managing logistical arrangements, communications, procurement, and registration for programs.
Tracking budget utilization, updating employee learning records, conducting data analysis, and overseeing the continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS).

skills and experience required
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
More than 5 years of experience in a learning and development capacity, with strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Proven experience in learning content design and talent development processes.
A strong background with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Ability to identify, analyze, and evaluate issues to provide appropriate learning solutions within established guidelines.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and project management skills.
Self-motivation, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
Strong attention to detail and a drive to get things done quickly.
Effective communication skills and an ability to build collaborative stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels.
