knowledge and skills
- bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, accredited by the PE Board
- 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of meeting tight project deadlines
- strong interpersonal and communication abilities across all levels
- At least 3 years of working exposure in LTA projects
