key responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns, perform market research to pinpoint relevant events and conferences, and lead event organization efforts.
- Oversee the production of promotional assets including brochures, newsletters, and web content.
- Manage website projects, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and user experience goals.
- Streamline processes to ensure efficient training program operations and deliver an outstanding learner experience.
- Supervise the maintenance and scheduling of training facilities and support the development of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Coordinate with internal training teams to secure instructional resources, review learner feedback surveys, and recommend enhancements to program content and training quality.
- Track and assess competitors' offerings, pricing models, and marketing strategies.
qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms).
- Proven track record in growing a brand’s presence, specifically in the educational or hospitality sectors.
- Proven success in optimizing operational workflows and boosting service effectiveness.
- Competent in conducting industry research, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis, particularly within the education and training sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
