key responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand desirability and market reach.
- Direct the creative development process and brand storytelling across all consumer touchpoints, including digital, social, and physical retail environments.
- Manage and optimize the annual marketing budget to ensure high-impact deployment of advertising and promotion resources.
- Orchestrate high-profile brand activations and collaborative partnerships to strengthen cultural relevance and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with diverse internal departments to ensure seamless campaign translation into cohesive customer journeys.
qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with at least five years of experience in brand management within the lifestyle, FMCG or retail sectors.
- Strong track record in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and managing large-scale creative productions.
- Advanced project management abilities with the capacity to lead complex initiatives and diverse stakeholder groups simultaneously.
- Deep instinct for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of commercial drivers within the premium consumer market.
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to driving brand growth in a fast-paced environment.
