About the Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Installation Coordinator to support and oversee installation activities from planning through completion. This role ensures smooth onsite operations, clear communication with all stakeholders, and accurate documentation throughout each project.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and onsite personnel for surveys, installations, deliveries, dismantling, and repair activities.
- Conduct site visits for installation readiness, equipment delivery, and lifting operations.
- Review and verify installation checklists completed by subcontractors.
- Support installation, maintenance, and repair tasks according to confirmed schedules.
- Prepare and maintain documentation in line with internal procedures.
- Monitor onsite workmanship, safety compliance, and material use.
- Manage manpower scheduling and assist with departmental administrative duties.
- Apply for necessary work permits related to onsite or upgrading activities.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate issues or abnormal conditions promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager.
Requirements
- Technical diploma, post‑secondary certificate, or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, installation, or site coordination. Otherwise, Training would be provided for those without experience
- Familiarity with local standards and site requirements.
- Basic understanding of project workflows (e.g., design-and-build).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Comfortable handling both onsite tasks and administrative work.
