about the role
you will be responsible for managing M&E project execution from planning to completion, ensuring technical compliance and timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience in construction planning, and the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
about the job
- develop construction and execution plans, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.
- lead the use of construction technologies and drive front‑loading during design and planning.
- coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure technical compliance.
- oversee Testing & Commissioning (T&C), quality audits, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- manage MEP contracts, resources, schedules, procurement, and overall site progress.
- handle tender preparation, including cost estimation, proposal evaluation, and clarifications, while supporting projects in institutional, healthcare, and hospital environments.
knowledge and skills
- degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
- minimum 12 years of experience in M&E construction planning, tendering, and project execution.
- strong understanding of M&E systems, construction technologies, safety frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- proven experience managing projects in institutional, healthcare, hospital, or similarly complex facilities.
- strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- commercial awareness with a strong focus on cost control, quality, and productivity.
