- Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with property agents, brokers, and external stakeholders to maximise mortgage loan referrals.
- Engage a diverse client base through inbound enquiries, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
- Own the end-to-end mortgage application journey, ensuring seamless processing and superior customer experience.
- Represent the bank at property show flats, networking events, and promotional campaigns, including off-hours and weekends when required.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to help position our mortgage offerings competitively.

skills and experience required
- Diploma or higher qualification
- Min 2 years' proven experience in banking sales, preferably within retail mortgage products
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Sound knowledge of real estate markets and mortgage regulatory frameworks a plus
