Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships with property agents, brokers, and various external stakeholders to maximize qualified mortgage loan referrals.
- Client Acquisition: Proactively engage and manage a diverse client base, ranging from individuals to mass market customers, generated through inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, and partner referrals.
- End-to-End Ownership: Own and manage the complete mortgage application journey, ensuring a seamless, efficient process and delivering a superior customer experience from initial contact to disbursement.
- Market Presence: Actively represent the bank at property show flats, networking events, and promotional campaigns, which may require participation outside of standard business hours, which may include weekends.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or higher qualification required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in banking sales, with a strong preference for background in retail mortgage products.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Industry Knowledge: Sound knowledge of the real estate market and mortgage regulatory frameworks is a valuable asset.
- Drive & Motivation: Must be a highly self-motivated individual with a clear passion for driving and achieving business growth targets.
