- Provide the Relationship Managers and Investment Consultants with fund recommendations, market intelligence, monitoring and model portfolios.
- Provide investment advisory support as well as championing of fund products to both local and regional sales team.
- Work with both internal business units and external asset managers in delivering advisory communications and training.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in fund product management, fund selection / due diligence for Mutual Funds
- An understanding of Hedge Funds and Private Markets will be advantageous
- Team player with the ability to work together with internal and external stakeholders in a cooperative manner
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with relevant experience in conducting product training to RM and IC and marketing seminar to Wealth Management customers;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Pro-active and goal orientated. Possess teamwork skills such as listening, communication and conflict management;
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as the role requires written communication in Traditional Chinese with Mandarin-speaking colleagues in Taiwan and Wealth Management customers in Greater China.
