Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management:
- Manage office space, fit-outs, security, and liaise with landlords/contractors.

Administrative Support:
- Oversee procurement, office systems, supplier contracts, budgets, and office events.
Travel Arrangement:
- Manage corporate travel policy and liaise with providers and internal teams.
Business Continuity:
- Maintain and test business continuity plans; support travel risk management.
Insurance:
- Coordinate local insurance matters with brokers and the global team.
Legal Secretary Team Management:
- Lead and allocate secretarial resources, manage workloads, support recruitment and training, and oversee performance reviews and development.
Team Management:
- Manage Front of House, Hospitality, Print Room, and Admin teams, including recruitment, performance, and pay reviews.
Ad-hoc Projects:
- Lead local projects and collaborate with regional/global teams to improve service delivery.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the General Manager, Singapore
skills and experience required
- At least 6 years in professional services industries, including 2+ years in team leadership.
- Experience in office administration and commercial management, ideally in legal or professional services.
- Strong interpersonal, team-building, and trust-instilling abilities with staff at all levels.
- Capable of managing multiple reporting lines independently and collaborating across teams.
- Proficient in current IT technologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to handle both complex and routine tasks.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, open to challenging and improving existing processes.
