Our client is a globally renowned multinational manufacturer of heavy industrial and construction equipment. With a massive footprint across the globe, they are currently looking for a dynamic Officer, Dealer Development & Management to join their regional headquarters in Singapore.
You will act as a crucial bridge between the global brand and its distribution partners across Asia, driving competence, compliance, and retail excellence.
The Role
You will be responsible for empowering the regional dealer network. This role blends project coordination, systems administration, and relationship management to ensure dealership staff are highly trained and retail operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
... Competence & Training Development: Coordinate with trainers and regional markets to organize and execute comprehensive sales, technical, and parts training for dealer personnel.
Network Building: Establish and nurture a robust "Train-the-Trainer" network and a key-user network across the Asian dealership landscape.
Systems & IT Solutions Management: Act as the regional champion for retail development tools. You will provide administrative/coaching support for dealer users, manage subscription billing, and drive the overall adoption of these tools across the network.
Data & Analytics: Leverage Power BI to create insightful reports that drive change management, track training methodologies, and monitor retail performance. You will also serve as the regional master data manager for all distribution-related data.
Process Governance: Take ownership of implementing key retail and compliance processes. Conduct high-level process training and coordinate customer/distribution surveys.
Requirements:
Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, Administration, or a closely related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of corporate experience. A background in the industrial, automotive, or heavy equipment sector is a strong advantage.
Technical Savvy: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Power BI. You should have a natural affinity for technology and IT solutions.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Attributes: Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. You are a proactive team player who is eager to learn and willing to travel regionally as required.
