1. Sales & Account Growth
- Account Management: Manage and grow existing off-trade accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the off-trade sector to increase market share.
- Sales Targets: Support sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and retail buyers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to successfully plan and execute promotional campaigns, in-store tastings, and brand activations
- Maintain expert product knowledge of the portfolio and clearly communicate its value to clients.
2. Retail Operations & Merchandising Execution
- Ensure flawless in-store execution by setting up and maintaining eye-catching displays that comply with brand standards and promotional calendars.
- Conduct regular market visits to all assigned retail stores, securing prime shelf positioning by building positive relationships with store managers and staff.
- Oversee stock management—monitoring inventory levels and ensuring correct stock rotation to prevent waste.
3. Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Provide regular, detailed reporting to management on sales performance, market forecasts, and the effectiveness of in-store merchandising
- Continuously monitor competitor activities and market trends, sharing insights with the broader team to keep the sales strategy agile and informed.
skills and experience required
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven success in off-trade sales within the wine, spirits, or premium FMCG sector
- Established network of contacts across key off-trade channels (premium supermarkets, specialty wine & spirits retailers, convenience chains, and e-commerce platforms) in Singapore
- WSET Level 2 (or higher) certification preferred; equivalent wine & spirits knowledge will be considered
- Experience in organising and executing in-store promotions, retail activations, and consumer-facing tasting events
