• Direct the end-to-end life-cycle of the supply chain, from global procurement and customs compliance to localised warehousing, while collaborating with executive leadership to scale operational infrastructure in line with business growth.
• Design and implement advanced workflows for inventory accuracy, warehouse layout optimisation, and transport routing to maximise service reliability while maintaining strict cost discipline.
• Serve as the primary lead for high-level negotiations and relationship management with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and equipment vendors to ensure favourable commercial terms and seamless service.
• Establish rigorous quality management protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements and resolve complex customer service inquiries with a commitment to excellence.
• Cultivate a high-performing culture by recruiting and coaching multi-disciplinary teams (Procurement, Warehouse, and Transport) and utilising KPI-driven insights to boost productivity and accountability.
