Manage pre-sales inquiries regarding product pricing, availability, and fulfillment timelines.
Oversee the end-to-end sales order process including system entry, modifications, and customer status updates.
Coordinate with global production sites and logistics partners to facilitate local and international shipments.
Prepare comprehensive shipping documentation and assist with letter of credit presentations.
Liaise between internal operations and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of service claims.

Minimum of a Diploma in Business or a related field with at least one year of relevant experience.
Proficiency in utilizing enterprise resource planning systems for order management and reporting.
Strong communication skills with a proven track record in professional customer service environments.
