Our client is a manufacturing company with operations in China, Singapore and Malaysia. To support their continued growth, they are looking to hire an HR & Admin Manager to support their Singapore and Malaysia operations.

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Overseeing administrative processes such as office maintenance, vendor management, and company documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and supporting audits and HR reporting requirements.
- Checking of payroll, CPF submissions, and employee benefits in collaboration with external vendors.
- Developing and reviewing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives, including wellness activities, training programs, and team events.
- Supporting management in manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational development efforts.
skills and experience required
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, including experience in an administrative or office management capacity.
- Sound knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable working independently and supporting leadership with people and operational matters.
- Business proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with stakeholders based in Henan, China
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS or payroll systems.
