You will join a specialised legal team to coordinate the administrative and documentary life cycle of complex financial instruments.
- Manage the documentation process for a portfolio of structured securities to ensure successful closing.
- Facilitate direct communication with clients and internal team members to provide project status updates.
- Prepare and organise standard legal templates and maintain comprehensive knowledge management systems.
- Handle administrative functions including billing coordination and responding to client account inquiries.
- Ensure all transactional and advisory activities adhere to strict internal policies and regulatory standards.

- Previous experience as a paralegal within a banking or financial legal environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong academic credentials from a recognised institution with a demonstrated ability in complex research and writing.
