• Oversee comprehensive cash management tasks such as bank reconciliations, interest adjustments, and liquidity monitoring for trust accounts.

• Act as a primary operational liaison for front-office stakeholders and external banking partners to resolve transaction inquiries and payment investigations.

• Execute essential client security protocols, including independent verification calls and the administration of digital banking platforms.

• Support institutional risk management through daily high-value transaction reporting and participating in system enhancement testing.
