Our client is a Manufacturing MNC, currently recruiting for a Payroll Executive to join their HR team.
about the job
This role will manage the full cycle of payroll activities for the Singapore business. The job scope includes but not limited to:
- Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing of 1000 headcounts in Singapore, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal policies for local and foreign employees.
- Manage payroll administration, including employee compensation, deductions, benefits, CPF payments, NS make-up pay, and government-paid leave claims.
- Handle accurate and timely tax filings and reporting, coordinating with auditors, government bodies, and tax authorities.
- Oversee submission of grant and leave-related claims, ensuring compliance with policies and government regulations.
- Implement and monitor internal payroll controls, conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support smooth payroll operations and address payroll-related inquiries.

- 5 days work week, 8am to 5.30pm, Monday - Friday
- Office location: East, Singapore (island wide transport provided)
- Budget: $6,500/month + aws + vb

skills and experience required
- Education in human resources, business, or related fields
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous; i.e. processed full cycle payroll for large headcount
- Proactive, detail-oriented and independent
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skill
