About the Job
My client is looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive / Personal Assistant to support our leadership team. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone to the co-founder, keeping day-to-day operations running seamlessly so they can focus on scaling the business. You will manage complex meeting schedules, coordinate international travel, handle confidential communications, and lead administrative projects in a high-growth fintech environment.

Skills & Requirements for the Job
- Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Coordinator, preferably within fintech, tech startups, finance, or web3.
- Master Organizer: Exceptional calendar management skills with experience coordinating multi-time-zone schedules and complex international travel itineraries.
- Tech-Savvy: Tech-forward mindset with proficiency in modern productivity stacks (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, and expense management tools).
