Step into a pivotal role as a Project Planning Specialist where you will drive the schedule integrity and operational efficiency of complex, high-value engineering lifecycles.
Develop and manage comprehensive, integrated project schedules including baselines, lookahead plans, and critical path analysis.
Conduct detailed "what-if" scenarios and float analyses to provide strategic visibility and support executive decision-making.
Synthesize progress data from cross-functional teams to generate S-curves, manpower histograms, and milestone dashboards.
Coordinate planning alignment across engineering, global procurement, manufacturing, and site execution phases.
Identify potential schedule risks and deviations to lead proactive mitigation planning and resource optimization.
skills and experience required.
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
3 to 7 years of professional experience in project scheduling within industrial, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
Advanced technical proficiency in Primavera P6 and other market-standard project management software.
Thorough understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) and resource-loading fundamentals.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex data to diverse project teams.
