Our client is a leading Asia-focused digital infrastructure platform that designs, builds, and operates hyperscale data centers. They are hiring a Procurement Manager to drive procurement excellence through strong data analytics, market insights, and cross-country collaboration. The role will own procurement dashboards and reporting, including spend management, lead-time analysis, and OPEX cost benchmarking, to support clear and timely decision-making. In addition, the role will lead Scope 3 ESG initiatives from a procurement standpoint, driving improvement actions and maintaining clear, transparent ESG dashboards.

• Procurement Dashboards & Reporting

  • Own and manage procurement dashboards covering spend, savings, lead times, OPEX benchmarking, and key performance indicators.

  • Prepare structured MIS reports, including spend analysis, lead-time studies, and commodity impact assessments, for HQ and senior leadership review.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across multiple countries.

  • Identify and analyse key commodity cost drivers (e.g. metals, foreign exchange, fuel, logistics) to support informed and data-driven decision-making.

• RFP / RFQ Management

  • Lead and manage RFP and RFQ processes for data center projects, particularly across new and emerging markets.

  • Partner with country teams to support supplier evaluations, develop negotiation strategies, and provide award recommendations.

  • Ensure sourcing decisions align with cost, lead-time, quality, and risk management objectives.
