In this key regional role, you will drive the expansion of specialty product lines across asian markets by bridging the gap between technical legal drafting and market facing underwriting strategies. You will lead the end to end development and market launch of new specialty insurance products and conduct targeted market research to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.

You will draft and maintain precise policy wordings and standard endorsement libraries in line with regional protocols, partnering with internal legal and claims teams to ensure products remain competitive and legally compliant and support the underwriting team by creating technical marketing collateral and participating in client presentations.

skills and experience required

A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree is a mandatory requirement for this position
Significant experience as an insurance lawyer or in a technical product role within the non-life insurance sector
Deep knowledge of Financial Lines or Specialty products and their associated legal frameworks
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex marketing and technical initiatives
Strong technical underwriting background or experience handling complex specialty claims
