Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Implementation: Own the project lifecycle from sales handover to final commissioning, ensuring delivery is on-time, within budget, and meets rigorous safety standards.
Technical Design & Layout: Collaborate with sales teams during the pre-con phase to provide expertise on site surveys, structural calculations, and AutoCAD drawing refinements.
Subcontractor Leadership: Source, manage, and oversee assembly teams and third-party contractors, ensuring their workmanship aligns with global quality benchmarks.
System Integration: Provide critical technical guidance during the "Machine-to-Software" integration phase, ensuring hardware and WMS communicate flawlessly.
Quality Governance: Partner with Central Quality departments to conduct annual audits and performance analyses of regional suppliers.
Stakeholder Diplomacy: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, managing expectations and resolving post-implementation defects with a results-oriented approach.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or a Diploma supported by recognized Project Management certifications.
Experience: Minimally 3 years in a project-heavy environment. If you come from Warehousing, Construction, or Heavy Machinery, you will have a significant advantage.
Technical Toolset: Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for interpreting and adjusting system layouts.
Soft Skills: A "hands-on" leader who is comfortable on a project site and possesses the grit to manage tough contractor negotiations.
Certifications: PMP certification and WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) qualifications are highly preferred.
