key responsibilities:
Take full commercial ownership of business performance and market expansion across Southeast Asian markets as a strategic partner to regional stakeholders.
- Oversee commercial outcomes, retail growth, and distribution channels within assigned territories.
- Cultivate close strategic relationships with external distribution partners and internal divisions to execute brand priorities.
- Guide market strategy by providing expert localization insights regarding regional trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer purchasing patterns.
- Partner with financial and inventory teams to manage monthly inventory forecasts, sales projections, and premium pricing frameworks.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising, buying, and logistics teams to achieve premier store execution and seamless product delivery.
qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of commercial management experience within international wholesale networks or multinational retail environments.
- Proven track record in regional expansion, strategic market planning, or corporate financial consultation.
- Advanced analytical proficiency with extensive experience utilizing commercial spreadsheet software and business intelligence tools.
- Strong competency in complex retail mathematics, demand planning, and forecasting methodologies.
- Flexibility to travel to meet with key stakeholders across regional territories.
