About the Team | Manager
Based in Singapore, this hands-on regional role reports directly to the Regional Service Manager. You will be the primary technical and clinical expert for the region, overseeing application specialists in key markets. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead the clinical introduction of a new portfolio, positioning you as a central figure in the brand's APAC growth strategy.
About the Job
You will be the clinical lead for the highly anticipated launch of a new imaging portfolio scheduled for the end of the year. Your primary objective is to ensure optimal utilization of imaging systems by providing expert technical and clinical support to both distributors and healthcare providers across the APAC region. Approximately 80% of your focus will be dedicated to the new portfolio, with additional support provided to the Digital Radiology team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch & Demonstration: Lead pre-sales support and conduct high-level system demonstrations for clients to drive product adoption ahead of and following the September 2026 launch.
- Clinical Training: Conduct on-site and remote training sessions and workflow guidance for radiology staff and distributor teams across direct markets and indirect markets.
- Workflow Optimization: Analyze customer workflows to recommend optimal system configurations that improve efficiency, image quality, and clinical outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the clinical voice of the region, collaborating with Sales, Service, and R&D teams to communicate feedback for continuous product optimization.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist distributors in addressing complex application queries to ensure seamless end-user support.
Skills and Experience Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in medical imaging with a strong clinical background.
- Mandatory expert knowledge of C-arm imaging systems and related medical imaging software.
- Proven regional exposure within the APAC market is highly preferred.
- Technical Depth: Strong understanding of radiology workflows, imaging protocols, and dose management.
- Communication: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with both distributor teams and senior clinical stakeholders.
- Mobility: Ability to travel extensively across the APAC region, with travel requirements of up to 70%.
