Regional Business Development Manager / Consumer Electronics
Exclusively hiring for our client within the Consumer lifestyle sector - seeking an ambitious and dynamic Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence within the consumer lifestyle industry. This exciting role requires a motivated individual with a passion for premium consumer products, exceptional business acumen, and the willingness to travel across the designated region to build and strengthen partnerships.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing strategic business relationships, driving sales, and promoting brand awareness across the region, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of the consumer lifestyle market.
Your Team
You will report directly to the Head of Sales. You will also work cohesively with cross-functional teams, including product, logistics, and marketing, to localize strategies and deliver solutions tailored to regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including roadmaps, new product introductions, and sales tracking.
- Act as a key liaison between global product teams and local country partners, ensuring effective localization of product strategies.
- Provide business development support, conduct product training, and assist with local business negotiations to maximize opportunities.
- Oversee operational functions, including sales logistics, inventory management, and ensuring product compliance.
- Analyze and report on country performance, providing key insights to senior leadership.
Skills & Requirements needed
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development
- Prior experience in consumer electronics or FMCG industries
- Talent for analyzing and solving problems independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
