As part of their business expansion, they are seeking a Regional Business Development Manager that drives regional growth by building strategic relationships, expanding the customer base, and shaping commercial opportunities across key markets.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, your responsibilities would includes
- Lead business development efforts across multiple markets, prioritising high‑potential segments and emerging opportunities.
- Build a structured pipeline covering enterprise, institutional, and channel partners.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and develop tailored go‑to‑market plays for each market
- Own senior‑level relationships with decision‑makers across corporate, government, and education sectors.
- Position the organisation’s portfolio of learning, training, and workforce‑development solutions with a consultative, value‑led approach.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals that balance client needs with internal margin expectations.
- Monitor regional trends in education, workforce transformation, digital learning, and regulatory shifts.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership including new product opportunities, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
Skills and experience required
- Min 5-7 years of business development, account management, or commercial experience in education, training, SaaS, or professional services.
- Strong exposure to regional markets and the ability to navigate diverse cultural and commercial environments.
- Proven track record in consultative selling, solution positioning, and closing mid‑to‑large‑scale deals.
