As part of their expansion, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive business expansion for their house brands across the region as well as identifying new potential opportunities.

Reporting to the Commercial Head, your key responsibilities would includes
- To drive pipeline growth and lead strategic business expansion across an international portfolio.
- Manage and develop key account business in collaboration with regional distributor partners.
- Oversee the execution of business plans and trade marketing programs within approved budgets.
- Lead the implementation of all promotional and marketing activities according to the regional calendar.
- Conduct regular market analysis to monitor competitor pricing and identify emerging category trends.
- Provide comprehensive updates to stakeholders regarding the progress and execution of business initiatives.
Skills and experience required
- Minimum 6+ years of key account management experience within consumer industries (FMCG, retail, consumer electronics, beauty, etc.)
- Mandatory trade marketing experience with proven success driving visibility, conversion, and in‑store activation.
- Product launch experience is highly preferred ,especially in fast‑paced, competitive consumer categories.
