About the Team | Manager
Reporting to the Regional Commercial Director, the Manager will oversee the business strategy for key SEA territories. This role involves leading and mentoring a direct report in Singapore, focusing on building a high-performance team culture rooted in accountability and inclusion. You will act as a strategic bridge between Marketing, Medical Education, and Regional Operations to utilize Singapore as a primary clinical hub and a strategic blueprint for broader APAC growth.
About the Job
As a key regional leader, your mission is to drive the commercial evolution and market penetration of our advanced vascular portfolio across SEA. You will be the primary architect of growth strategies that increase patient access to our cutting-edge interventional technologies. A significant portion of your role involves forging strategic alliances with top-tier specialists and department heads, primarily in the cardiovascular and radiology sectors, to integrate our therapies into standard hospital protocols.
Skills and Experience Required
- Educational Background: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related commercial field.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of successful experience in medical technology sales, regional marketing, or commercial development.
- Substantial expertise within specialized vascular or interventional therapy areas is highly advantageous.
- A documented history of leadership, specifically focused on the commercialization of high-complexity medical solutions within hospital ecosystems.
- Core Competencies: Advanced negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence C-suite clinical executives and hospital administrators.
- Execution Excellence: Demonstrated capability in translating regional business objectives into operational reality through cross-functional collaboration.
- Mobility: Willingness to undertake frequent local travel and occasional regional assignments.
