As part of their business expansion within APAC, they are looking for a hands-on Events Marketing Specialist to execute strategies for events, community engagement, and stakeholder collaboration.
You’ll also support the development of meaningful connections with alumni, public and private sector bodies, and regional partners and enhance brand presence, deepen stakeholder relationships, and drive enrollment in executive programs.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing for APAC , your responsibilities will include
- Coordinate and execute the company’s participation in key industry events, exhibitions, forums, and conferences throughout the region.
- Develop localized marketing initiatives that create on-the-ground impact and support program enrolment goals.
- Track, report, and evaluate campaign performance to optimize future activities.
- Build and manage collaborative relationships with non-profit groups, trade associations, professional bodies, and public-sector stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a regional strategy to nurture key communities, including past clients, institutional stakeholders, and affiliated networks.
- Organize regional gatherings, roundtables, and events that foster long-term relationship building.
Skills and experience required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, communications, events, or stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to organize mid-to-large scale events and manage external partnerships.
- Skilled at working across cultures and geographies with diverse stakeholders.
