You will work closely with the marketing team on conceptualising the full year marketing calendar, including special campaigns, events and roadshows. You will liaise with landlords for suitable venues and external vendors for any relevant decorations, setting up of the event as well as tearing down of the event. You will be leading all events for the 2 brands, managing budget as well as ROI of these events. about the manager/teamSitting with the marketing team, you will be reporting in to the Marketing Manager. You will not have direct reports, however, marketing executives from both brands will assist in the events on a rotation basis. On the actual day of the event, the entire marketing team will be involved as well. skills and experience requiredYou should ideally come with 3 years of events experience, preferably in a retail setting. As this role is involved in the initial stages of the event such as the conceptualising of marketing calendar, you should ideally come with prior marketing experience as well. You will bring with you a good strong existing network of event vendors. As events are typically ran during weekends, you should be comfortable with having to work occasional weekends (weekend allowances & time-offs will be given).
