Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and Malaysia.
Lead and manage the Sales team across the SEA region (Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia) to achieve short-term and long-term sales targets.
Directly engage with potential clients to provide competitive and innovative Supply Chain solutions, specifically Contract Logistics services.
Promote customer retention, cross-selling, and up-selling to existing client base.
Propose detailed warehousing solutions and collaborate closely with the innovation and operational teams during the implementation and on-boarding process.
Report and present detailed sales performance updates during internal management meetings.
skills and experience required
- At least 10 years of experience in direct sales with hunter mindset (not account management).
- Strong network connection within this industry.
- Proven sales achievement records (please include all info such as gross profit/revenue generated per month)
