skills and experience required
The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly organized HR professional with proven expertise.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally with a recognized local industry-standard HR certification.
Demonstrated history of handling end-to-end HR process delivery, including performance and benefits management.
Solid experience with HRIS maintenance, data analytics, and conducting HR audits.
Up-to-date knowledge of local employment laws and statutory government compliance requirements.
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to build collaborative relationships.
