Strategic Alignment: Design and implement the APAC HR strategy, ensuring tight alignment with the global HR frameworks, policies, and objectives. Collaborate with the Global HR team to refine and share best practices.
Business Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to the APAC leadership, providing critical people data and organizational insights to inform and accelerate business growth strategies.
Talent Lifecycle Management: Own and drive end-to-end Talent Management, including executive recruitment, succession planning, performance management, and robust onboarding to cultivate a high-potential workforce.
Employee Culture & Relations: Uphold a culture of fairness and transparency by ensuring consistent application of policies and offering expert counsel on complex employee relations issues across the region.
Total Rewards Oversight: Ensure Compensation and Benefits programs are market-competitive and attractive for talent retention while adhering to the global standards.
Capability Building: Elevate Learning & Development initiatives to equip employees at all levels with the skills needed for current and future business demands.
Operational Excellence & Risk Management: Guarantee HR Operations and Compliance meet the highest standards and adhere strictly to all local APAC employment laws. Provide HR leadership for M&A integration, focusing on cultural alignment.
Team Development: Mentor and develop the regional HR team to deliver excellent, locally relevant HR solutions aligned with global mandates.
skills and experience required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or an advanced HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles.
Strong, practical knowledge of employment laws across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing HR strategies that directly support business objectives and global HR mandates.
Proven track record in significantly boosting employee engagement and successfully shaping high-performance organizational cultures.
Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities, with a capacity to forge trusted relationships across all levels.
Capability to oscillate effectively between strategic leadership and hands-on HR execution within a demanding, fast-paced setting, while adeptly managing multiple priorities.
