Reporting to the Regional HR Director, the HR Generalist will play a vital role in executing the full spectrum of HR functions. You will be instrumental in ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with the company's ambitious expansion plans in the region, focusing heavily on modernization and strategic program deployment across various facets of the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle from recruitment to off-boarding.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to support rapidly expanding business units across the region, focusing on strategic talent acquisition and pipeline development.
- Driving and supporting the implementation and optimization of HR systems, focusing on the automation of key processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Providing robust support in the restructuring, review, and successful rollout of updated Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management frameworks.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards for senior management as required, translating raw HR data into actionable business insights.
- Handling all generalist duties, including employee relations, grievance handling, and ensuring strict compliance with local employment legislation.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle inputs, gathering and submitting all necessary variable data (e.g., overtime, allowances, deductions, leaves) to the external payroll vendor.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive culture and productive work environment.
skills and experience required
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally within a multinational or fast-paced commercial environment.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in implementing HR systems/automation projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and robust stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
